Secret Singers have been involved with some huge events and have worked with some of the most exciting and best companies around the world. Working closely with each client we create incredible entertainment perfect for conferences, award ceremonies, meetings and events plus also product launches and store openings.
Our now famous singing waiters shows have surprised guests at some of the most prestigious award ceremonies and parties around the world. For those clients looking for that something completely different we also have the ability to create totally bespoke events to suit the criteria. This creative process culminates in a bespoke event that creates maximum excitement and exposure to meet the clients vision. To give you some idea of what is possible please see below just some of the events that we have worked on previously.
CLIENT ONE
A client was hosting a two day conference event in Central London for all its members across the UK, and they approached us with the idea of wanting to give the all the attendees a boost of energy after the lunch break. They also wanted something exciting to happen in the style of a surprise of some kind. Through the creative process with the client we came up with the idea of having members of our team dressed as attendees of the conference who would sit in and mingle with everyone throughout the morning session. Then after the lunch break other Secret Singers dressed as technicians were going to be called onto the stage to fix an audio issue during one of the lectures. As this scenario would play out in front of the entire audience the music would suddenly start and the “technicians” would burst into song. Then sporadically during the song all the other Secret Singers dressed as attendees would jump up from all sections of the auditorium and join in, leaving their fellow work colleagues stunned and amazed. It was a resounding success and it completely fulfilled the brief with the entire audience up off their feet, joining in with the show. Everyone raved about how fabulous and surprising it was and that it left them energised and excited for the rest of the day.
CLIENT TWO
For this brief the client was hosting a huge event at a national exhibition centre, where an annual conference was scheduled to bring together their entire team. During the break between lectures the attendees had access to a zone filled with lunch stalls and shops set up by the company displaying new products. The client wanted something exciting to happen in this zone towards the end of the day to help give everyone that final positive push and to make the event that extra bit more memorable. What we came up with was the idea of having all the stalls, food courts and bars staffed by members of our team, along with other Secret Singers dressed as members of the company. That way all the actual attendees would just recognise our team as normal members of staff. That is until the music would start playing and one by one our entire team would join in and come together on the main stage. All the guests had absolutely no idea about this flash mob style surprise but they all really enjoyed the performance with some attendees even joining in with our team, singing and dancing with them. It was a fantastic and really exciting project to work on for everyone involved.
